Biography
Nick Harvey is a DJ, Remixer & Producer from Zurich, Switzerland. Influenced by artists such as Peter Rauhofer, Johnny Vicious and Danny Tenaglia, Harvey began his DJing career in 1997 and played some of Switzerland's largest gay dance parties, including Kitsch Party and Black Party (Volkshaus Zurich), True Colors (Gaskessel Bern), as well as regular appearances at clubs such as Aera, Spider Galaxy and Supermarket in Zurich.
In 2005, Harvey started producing and remixing after successfully earning his diploma as an audio engineer. Having developed his own distinctive sound, Nick spent several years working as a remix engineer and programmer for legendary New York DJ Junior Vasquez. His work soon led to official remixes for artists including Katy Perry ("Firework"), Reina ("Forever"), Heather Small ("Moving On Up") and Samantha Fox ("It's You"), among many others throughout his extensive discography.
Over the years, Harvey has collaborated with countless artists including Chad Jack, DJ Paulo, Guy Scheiman, Inaya Day, Heather Leigh West (best known for the club anthem "Drop A House"), Las Bibas From Vizcaya, Lectroluv, Tony Moran and many more. Alongside his production work, Nick has remained an active DJ, performing at numerous gay circuit parties and clubs across Europe while holding a monthly residency at Zurich's Club Aaah! for more than a decade.
In 2020, Nick took matters into his own hands by launching his independent record label, Rejoin Records. Together with his business partner Scott Aviance in New York, he created a new home for Underground House & Tribal Dance Music. Since then, Rejoin Records has steadily grown into an internationally respected boutique label, releasing music from artists including Alain Jackinsky, Alan T, Alex Ramos, Cajjmere Wray, Joe Carrano, Little Eric, Lula, Qubiko, Robbie Rivera, Suzanne Palmer, Tom Stephan and many more.
Since 2022, Harvey's career has entered a new chapter. Following the success of his Toolroom Trax remix of Siege's "Waiting", his remix of Guy Scheiman, Tony Moran & Suzanne Palmer's "Praise Up" and his single "Work It Out" on Whore House Records, he has continued to build momentum with a series of notable releases and collaborations. In 2023, Harvey released his artist album *Come Together* on Rejoin Records, further establishing his signature blend of underground house and tribal influences. The following year saw his music featured on the prestigious *Toolroom Ibiza 2024* compilation. He also collaborated with legendary vocalist Suzanne Palmer on the single *Stand Up*, accompanied by mixes from house music icon Eric Kupper before releasing his own remix package. In the same year, Harvey made his debut on New York's Sektor NYC with his remix of Brutal Bill's *I Am Ready*, built around one of the most recognizable vocals in New York's club history.
As Rejoin Records celebrated its fifth anniversary in 2025, the label continued expanding its international catalogue through numerous singles, remixes and compilations. Harvey also collaborated with respected producers including Robbie Rivera, DJ Gomi and Joe Carrano, further strengthening the label's ties to New York's influential house music scene. During the same year, he released *Right Now* on Bush Records.
In 2026, Harvey returned to performing regularly in Zurich, presenting his signature hybrid DJ sets combining two Technics turntables with two Pioneer CDJs. Alongside new club appearances, he collaborated with Moussa on the single *Feel It* and was commissioned to produce official remixes for dance music icon Kristine W, featured on her album *Dance With Me*. Additional Kristine W remixes and a new release on Toolroom Trax are scheduled for later in the year.
With nearly three decades behind the decks, an ever-growing catalogue of productions and remixes, and Rejoin Records continuing to evolve, Nick Harvey remains committed to carrying the emotional energy of New York's tribal house tradition into a new generation of underground dance music.
